Jones, has served as a human resources professional for more than 20 years during changing and challenging times in rapidly growing organizations, both Fortune 100 and public sector. She has been involved in all facets of human resources including recruitment and selection, benefits, employee training, organizational development, employee and labor relations, risk management and safety. Ms. Jones holds two bachelor's degrees, a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a teaching credential in the field of psychology. She has taught undergraduate psychology classes and she fully understands and recognizes the difference between book knowledge and applied knowledge and how this translates into results for your business.
Daniel M. Blumberg, PhD
Psychologist
Dr. Blumberg has more than 20 years of experience as a public safety psychologist and has provided all facets of clinical and consulting psychological services to numerous public and private organizations including: the Internal Revenue Service, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives, the County of San Diego, and the Department of Defense's Defense Criminal Investigative Service. He specializes in employment-related psychological evaluations, psycho-educational training and management consultation. In addition to his expertise in workplace stress prevention and trauma recovery, Dr. Blumberg is a renowned authority on undercover police operations and the selection, training and supervision of undercover operatives. His training program on successful hiring of private sector and public safety personnel has received widespread praise. Dr. Blumberg is an adjunct professor at Alliant International University where he teaches a variety of psychology and forensics courses.
Robert L. Jones

Mr. Jones, a retired police lieutenant, has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience with the Santa Clara Sheriff's Office, University of California Police Department and the California State Police Department. He is an expert in background and internal affiairs investigations. He is an accomplished threat management professional; he has been an active member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) since 1994. He is also a founding member of the San Diego ATAP Chapter and served as its President for two terms. Mr. Jones was an 8-year member of the San Diego County District Attorney's Office SCAT team (Stalking Case Assessment Team) and is a FBI National academy graduate.
